JungleFit programmes consist of functional fitness movements. We tailor the intensity of the workout to the individuals ability.
All personal training exercises are carefully blended to include core training, bodyweight training, HIIT sessions and strength and strongman training. They create a very challenging range of programmes, but each One-to-One session is carefully developed with the individual to attain their goals. As part of our One to One personal programmes we offer specialist training for Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) and Ninja Warrior style competitions.
ONE-to-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING.
ONE-TO-ONE is for people who prefer a more individiual approach to training. The in-depth programme is designed around your screening sheet analysis and assessment. We encourage and support you every step of the way, helping you through your own personal physical transformation.
£15 per person for a
60 minute session.
